I did a little backstory a long time ago where the girls are the reincarnation of the goddess of light who was the fattest being in all the universe but when she was killed by the king of the dark world her soul split into 3 and 1000 years later the magic Neko girls were born.

this involves the rosario girls getting pranked on april fools day.
gin slips a magic weight gain potion in a piece of chocolate cake for each of the girls.
kurumu eats her cake 1st, and after 1 hour, she starts looking slightly pudgy around the midsection.
the other girls in the school notice, and don't say anything.
another hour later, kurumu is looking really chubby, and she can't button her skirt, and her shirt and vest cannot fit over her fat stomach very well.
mizore tries her cake, and she gains weight fast. but she is suprisingly calm about the whole thing.
yukari tries her cake, and she gains weight within 10 minutes.
tsukune see's chubby kurumu, and she glomps him. almost squeezing the life outta him.
kururmu is happy cause she thinks that even fat girls can be attractive.

now...let's just say...for the sake of argument, that gin is bored with taking pics of naked girls in the locker room, so he read in a magazine, that fat girls are considered very attractive, so he divises a plan, and he goes into the chemistry lab, and makes a fat potion.
the he bakes a chocolate cake, devides it up into 4 slices, and puts a litte of the potion into each slice.
and right at lunchtime, he leaves the cake slices on the doorstep, of each girl's dormroom.
