You know I imagine that she was wandering around the wasteland going into a building look at her pip boy and saw the "wide load" perk
Activities the perk her butt starts to grow she noticed this then she saw some rad roaches she try to get out of the building only to get stuck by her growing butt
Her butt then stop growing but grown big enough to break the doorway she escapes luckily without a scratch and now she have a huge butt that might give her problem after some later time
(Note that once you activated the "wide load" perk you can not deactivate it as it is permanent happy trails vault dweller)
