Story-wise, this is my own interpretation of the storyline.

Let’s start off with Michael Afton, the Purple Guy.
About Michael Afton
Species: Human
Gender: Male
Role: Son of William, Technician, Employee of Fazbears, Purple Guy
Killed 11 children, 1 outside a restaurant, 5 that were tricked into following him to a secluded area, and 5 more in FNaF 2
Was able to keep his secret, though his father might have known
Went to look for his sister in the Sister Location
-His sister was the girl grabbed by Baby in the ice cream minigame
Michael Afton was born as the son of William Afton, one of the founders of Fredbear’s. He worked at Fazbear’s as one of the employees. During this, he was introduced to the Spring suits by his father. William had survived spring failures, so he taunt Michael how to use it properly. From there, Michael taught other employees how to use the suits, though two employees did die.
Feats
Very intelligent
He could get past the toys and reprogram them, while they were searching for him
Destroyed the animatronics
He killed 11-15 children and got away with it for a few decades.
Died twice, yet still survived
Michael was very smart. He was probably taught about mechanics and engineering by his father. He was at least able to reprogram the Toys facial scanners while they were trying to track him down. This caused one of the toy animatronics, most likely Mangle, to bite out the frontal lobe of Jeremy Fitzgerald. This was the bite of ‘87. He also killed several children, following the franchise. After the time of FNaF 1, he also destroyed Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy, which lead briefly to his own death… His second death. This guy seems kind of unkillable...
Ennard
Used Michael’s body as a disguise
Can control Michael’s body, without muscles or bones to give the body shape or structure
Michael is hollow, so he can be more easily torn apart
Michael’s harder to kill, sense he’s moving around without any organs, bones, or muscles
At the time of FNaF 4, with the two sister locations, William had built another sister location, called “Circus Baby’s Pizza World, Entertainment and Rental.” During this time, 4 children were kidnapped, and Michael got a job as the night shift technician and went to investigate the suspicions of his father that his sister, “The Daughter,” was one of the victims, possessing Baby. This is where things turned bad for Michael.
On the 5th night, Michael was tricked into going into the Scooping Room, where he was killed by Ennard. From there, Ennard used Michael’s skin as a disguise. Later, after Ennard fled into the sewage system, it still had control of Michael’s ragdoll body. This means that while he still walks around somewhat normally, for some reason acting like he had originally, he’s easier to cut through, but he’s much harder to kill. Aside from this, nothing changed.
And then Michael died again when his body was torn apart by springlocks… so...

Michael has three moves, consisting of Speed Song, which increases his speed temporarily, Slasher, which has a very small chance to pretty much kill almost anyone, and Hocus Pocus, which transforms anyone, except bosses, into a random enemy.
Weaknesses
Slasher is unreliable
Hocus Pocus doesn’t work on bosses
The animatronics were probably rusted
The problem with Purple Guy’s moveset is that while his moves have great potential, they also have a chance to be really bad. Slasher almost never crits, and Hocus Pocus can’t transform bosses. There’s also the possibility that the animatronics were rusted when he tried to destroy them
The first animatronic William created was Fredbear.
About Fredbear
Species: Animatronic Bear, Springlock Suit
Gender: Male
Role: Lead Singer, Fazburger Employee
Accidentally did the Bite of ‘83
Some time after being bought by Fazbear Entertainment, and being moved to a new location with a new animatronic, there was a birthday party. This birthday would not end happy, as some teenagers thought it would be funny to place a child into Fredbear’s mouth. Sadly, the child’s frontal lobe was crushed by the animatronic while the pistons were trying to close it’s mouth.
Now, there are several variables that play out for how much pressure a human skull can take. For one thing, this is a child’s skull instead of an adult’s, so it is safe to assume that it takes less pressure to break it. The second problem is that only part of the brain was torn off, and that the child had survived for a short time in the hospital afterwards. From what I found, it takes about 240 psi to crush the human skull, so let’s assume it’s just a little less than that to crush a child’s skull. Another thing is that Fredbear’s endoskeleton struggled, so that means that it was a challenge to break the skull. That means Fredbear probably bites at about 200 psi. But there’s also the important fact that Fredbear has flat, square teeth. This will come into importance later.

Fredbear has a unique awareness of everything that’s going on, as well as being aware, at least somewhat, of the 4th wall. Fredbear is also a springlock suit, so water is able to lock up his system. It’s also a possibility that he can teleport.
He also has a 2D form, though this is only used to give serious information.

Regen Song
Animatronic sings a song that casts regen on their entire team
Mimic Ball
Spawns Virtua-Freddy who copies attacks and support spells used
Fredbear also has three special moves, same as everyone else. His attacks consist of Mega Bite, which is simply a very powerful bite, Regen Song, which gives the entire team a regen effect, and Mimic Ball, which creates a mimic that copies attacks.
Even if Fredbear is taken apart and missing his endoskeleton, he is still able to live.
About Golden Freddy
Species: Animatronic Bear/Hallucination
Gender: Male
Abilities
Can give multiple hallucinations to target
Can teleport
Crashed the first game when encountered
Golden Freddy takes two forms, normal Golden Freddy, which gives Fredbear the ability to teleport and give hallucinations, as well as a new moveset, and “Withered” Golden Freddy, which is simple a more destroyed version of Golden Freddy. The withered form increases Golden Freddy’s hallucination powers, making him able to give the appearance of a floating giant head.

Rainy Day
A rain cloud appears above opponents, and rains on them, temporarily lowering their defense
Haunting
Petrifies an opponent temporarily
Golden Freddy’s moves consist of Jumpscare, which temporarily paralyzes the opponent, Rainy Day, which lowers the opponent’s defense, and Haunting, which petrifies the opponent on contact.

Endo-02 has it’s own consciousness, and can fight on it’s own

Neon Wall
Summons a shield that blocks 50% of damage
Endo-02’s moves consist of Speed Song, which temporarily increases the team’s speed, Endo Army, which summons laser-firing, minion endoskeletons, and Neon Wall, which halves the damage taken.
Endo-02 also has the ability to split apart its body and move the pieces around.
And if there’s enough fear of Fredbear, he’s able to create his Nightmare counterpart.
About Nightmare Fredbear
Species: Nightmare Bear
Gender: Male
This is an unkillable nightmare, fit with sharp teeth and claws, as well as a belly mouth. That’s right, he has teeth in his stomach. Nightmare Fredbear is able to teleport around, though it’s limited to short distances. Nightmare Fredbear also has the ability to cast hallucinations.

Spawns a swarm of Freddles
Mega Bite
Animatronic bites down, dealing massive damage to one or more opponent
Nightmare Fredbear also has three new moves. Toxic Bite is a more powerful bite that can attack and poison two opponents. Freddles summons a swarm of Freddles that attack the opponent. And Megabyte is a powerful bite.
When they opened this new restaurant, they brought a new animatronic to the table. The new animatronic to the new Fredbear’s was a bunny guitarist by the name of Spring Bonnie.

Being a springlock suit, that means that Spring Bonnie’s system will lock up with water.

Cosmic Song
Animatronic plays a song that launches comets at the opponent(s)
Spring Bonnie’s moves are Springlocks, Happy Jam, and Cosmic Song. Springlocks traps the opponent in a springlock helmet, damaging them. Happy Jam heals all members on the team. Cosmic Song is a highly damaging attack that not only strikes the opponent with giant music notes, but it also launches comets at them!
When Springlock suits were still being used, Purple Guy had to teach employees how to use the suits. Having nearly been killed himself by one of the suits, Purple Guy probably knew that at some point an employee would get killed by these faulty suits. However, two were killed. And now they are but shadows of the animatronics whose suits killed them. Shadow Spring Bonnie and Shadow Fredbear.

Not much is known about these two, other than their moves and abilities. They can disappear into darkness and teleport. They also have different moves. Shadow Fredbear only has chance moves, but Shadow Spring Bonnie knows Jumpscare, which stuns the opponent, Mimic ball, which copies used moves, and gift boxes, which basically acts like a one-up, giving all team members an extra life.
Shadow Bonnie also has the ability to split apart its body and move the pieces around.
Before the bite of ‘83, caused by Fredbear and some bullies, the child had nightmares about the animatronics, possibly caused by seeing Purple Guy stuff the 5 kids, his friends, in the costumes. From his fear, a pure nightmare formed. FREDDY KRUEGE-. . . . What…? No? Damn it...
About Nightmare
Role: Leader of the nightmares
After Nightmare was created, he created nightmares based off some of the animatronics. Though now the normal animatronics can create their Nightmare counterparts as long as there’s fear.
Nightmare may be the leader, but surprisingly, he actually isn’t the strongest nightmare. He’s the second.

At the time of this second Fredbear’s, Fazbear Entertainment opened their own pizzeria, Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. Obviously, the main animatronic is Freddy Fazbear.

These upgrades boost the speed and power of the shots. Freddy also has a jump upgrade which greatly improves his jump height. He can also throw his hat, which is made of hard plastic, but he generally just keeps it on his head.

Freddy has some other moves as well. Bite does minimal damage, but can be boosted. AMP Song delivers more powerful blows. Heal Song heals Freddy. Boost Song raises Freddy’s stats.
Freddy can also survive when damaged.

Withered Freddy doesn’t have any special abilities, but he does have two new moves. Gloom Song lowers the opponent's attack, and Esc Key has a 15% chance of instantly killing the opponent.
As with the other originals, Freddy has a nightmare that he can create.

Nightmare Freddy brings another threat to the table as well, Freddles. The Freddles are miniature Nightmare Freddy's. They can swarm an opponent and attack viciously.

Nightmare Freddy’s moves are Bite 2, which is a more powerful bite, Sludge, which lowers an opponent’s speed, and Freddles, which sends a swarm of Freddles at the opponent.
Of course, being the leader of a band, Freddy has others, like this guitarist, Bonnie Bunny.

Bonnie is a great help to Freddy, and is usually the most active

Bonnie is able to jam the doors to the office. So either he hacked the button, or he broke the wires or button. It is also stated that Bonnie can easily throw around the arcade machines.

Withered Bonnie got the worst treatment of them all, but maybe it proves Bonnie is the most durable of the four main animatronics

I’m sorry for calling you a duck! Geez!
We don’t really know what her role is. She’s probably a backup singer. But back when the animatronics could roam around, she probably helped make pizzas.

Can jump about 4-5 yards into the air
Due to Chica’s Magic Rainbow, Chica is able to jump pretty high. She’s also able to jam doors, either meaning, like Bonnie, she either hacked it, or she broke something in the system.

Chica can use her cupcake as a projectile of sorts. Chica, Nightmare Chica and Foxy Fighters, has access to a plane. Chica’s plane is unable to use the bullet upgrades, however.

Chica also has other moves, like Bonnie and Freddy. Flap does minimal damage, but can be boosted. Boom Cakes delivers more powerful blows. Regen Cakes gives Chica regeneration. Blind Cakes blinds the opponent, making it easier to block or dodge their attacks.
It seems even with no hands, and a broken jaw, Chica is still a threat.

Nightmare Chica’s moves consist of Bite 2, a more powerful bite, Bad Pizza, which summons a giant pizza that crushes opponents, and Water Hose, which kills all opponents under 30% health.
Nightmare Cupcake
The cupcake has also become nightmarish, able to attack and kill on it’s own.
And to finish off this group, we have Foxy the pirate.

Gender: Male
Role: Child Entertainer
Foxy is a proud pirate. He enjoys the thrill of sailing the high seas

According to a reddit post Foxy can run at about 13.7 meters per second
Foxy has sharp teeth and a sharp hook
Foxy, being the lightest, is easily the fastest animatronic of his group. He also has sharp teeth and a hook.

Foxy’s plane is the only one we know for a fact that is able to be upgraded by the bullet upgrades. There are upgrades for homing shots, rapid fire shots, lasers, and spread shots.
With his team of Toy Chica, JJ, and Nightmare Chica, Foxy managed to defeat Souldozer, who is a powerful villain.

Foxy’s moves are Hook, Jumpscare, which stuns the opponent temporarily, and Hot Cheese, which drops hot cheese and deals damage over time.
Foxy didn’t have the least damage done to him by his withered form, but he certainly didn’t get it the worse.
