for the most part he just uses it to make mini paper airplanes and sometimes bigger paper airplanes to ride around on even though its kinda pointless because he's a spirit so he can already float
he just thinks they're cool
he also makes paper art sometimes like origami just because why not
he can probably make sharp paper daggers and shoot them at people
and he can also use it to make a physical form so he can interact with stuff because you knowΒ
