Raffle prize for Oberfuhrer-RazgrizBased on his OC description for a futuristic monk/knight. Β This type of full rendering is venturing into foreign territory for me so it was definitely challenging, but that's what I had in mind for these raffle prizes in the first place: to get me to try new techniques and ideas.
Now that I see it after its all done that curvature on that hat is just off...Β

WOW The way you used contrast with blurry and sharper lines to put emphasis on the face, hat, birb, hand, and details around the neck is so creative and fascinating! I also love how the whole picture is black and white except for the tiny details on the face and neck so it draws your eyes to it first ^v^Β

Thanks for the comment! Β Yeah, I definitely tried to play around with the depth to get certain things more in focus and what not, although its a bit unrealistic because generally you can't get camera lenses to function in such a manner with multiple focals but that's the great thing about digital!
