Here is October the 7th...As a general rule, most ghosts subside on fare that is decidedly less morbid then human flesh...but there are exceptions to every rule...
This ghost lies in wait at the bottom of dark ponds...its tongue has a particularly nasty lure at the end...what appears to be a drowning person, complete with flailing limbs and anguished face. To complete the trap, the ghost can mimic the wailing sound of someone gurgling out for help...(you can approximate this sound on your own by flapping your lips with a finger). Once you dive in after the victim, you become a victim yourself.....drug down and devoured.
The best way to avoid this ghost is to be 100% compassion-less for the drowning.

okay. every once in a while, something scares the living crap out of me, but i think its awesome anyway... such as this.
the explaination of it made it that much scarier to look at. i saw it and was like: o.o whoa...? then i read it and looked again and was like: O.O WHOA!!!

me and did a ghost for every day of October...this one was the 7th.

Man, it's so deep... I mean, you explained it and all, but I sense there's something in this picture that moved me to the deep intestines of my soul and I don't mean some silly reference to deep water.
Okay, this sounds like a complete nonsense, but I wanted to share some kind of emotion it released in me. I thought you might be interested in the fact that your art makes such impressions.

Seeing this thing makes me wanna carry a lifesaver around with me where ever I go. Though if its clever enough to use a drowning victim as bait, then I would think it could tell the difference in taste between a rubber ring and flesh. That tongue must be covered in taste buds anyway.
...Imagine if it got into a water park. Oh man, That would be some easy pickings for this critter. XD

ha ha, great idea i've been trying to think of new inventive lures lately, was inspired by the spore creation Tottenfisher (i don't know how to spell it) it was a goblin with a teddy bear lure on it's head like and angler fish.

That lure is kinda creepy to me, i would have second thoughts about rescuing that thing, it looks like a rubber eel.....O_o
