I couldn't think of a name and if you noticed this was somewhat part of my avatar but modified a little. I just seem to love the metal effects, I also changed his PAK legs a little with more practice on perspective...Related content

how do you get that nice metallic effect that continues to elude me?

I used the burn and dodge tool then used the filter called plastic wrap, I then move the shine around to my liking.

Hmm try using the dodge and burn tools, make sure the metal is very light color too. I might have to make a tutorial again for metallic effects, but look at my shading tutorial to learn how to shade because you have to shade kinda like that to even try to get a metallic effect.

Well it starts with a main character Irken named Nix who was abandoned and left on earth when he was a Smeet, it still needs work but it some leads up to my other main character Crome. I'm not telling people what happens to Nix at the end and leading to Crome's story. It's on fanfiction, called The Deep End but I haven't updated it in months and i need to, but I've been busy trying to improve in my own art but some of the pictures give away future events leading into the story. I'm thinking of a comic though...I dunno.

i like the way u used perspective to make it seem as though he's coming at me! and i adore the detail u put in his making! it looks great! but idont mean to sound like a ass wen i say try using a background they really do help! lol! XP
