I finally got that stupid highlight tool working, I don't understand why things don't work at first, I blame photoshop and it's impossible instruction manual!Ok I just felt like making my OC Crome hold some electric rods for a reason that is most likely not good, but I'm not sure if I like the picture -_-
I also decided to add Irken text...

Well I used a JPEG format which is very common even for small sketches. Other than that I used layers and transparency, then I filtered some of the background. But other than that I used a simple mouse to draw the whole drawing as a sketch then created a new transparent layer to paint darker more straight lines then I completely deleted the sketch layer and duplicated my new transparent lineart and color using the bottom layer so I don't have to worry about overlapping the lines. So I pretty much used layers 
I also used the burn and dodge tool for the shading and filtered out any metallic surfaces in a separate layer using plastic wrap.
