Made this as a parody thing of the movie Megamind with my FC Crome, and 's Algie.Crome's boots probably are most likely not made of baby seals, but more of a exotic variety of baby alien because he's just evil like that :'D
Algernon is trying to be a fail superhero trying to confront the more successful, but also fail villain, Crome.
