I tried making Baldi a fusion of all the other characters in the game, except for Filename2.

Principle of the Thing: If he catches you breaking the rules then he'll send you to detention, but he won't be there with you. He'll try to find you while you're trapped in detention.

Playtime: If he catches you you'll have to jump rope, but if you mess up once you'll die.

It's a Bully: He takes a item from you when he touches.

Arts and Crafters: When you collect all the notebooks, he'll bring you far away from the nearest exit if he catches you.

1st Prize: Only has his speed. His voice lines will be glitched and distorted when he sees you.
