Well, to make this unit different from all the others, I made the face plate of the mask a tad longer in 3ds, and added a Furnaldo Tail. no bad stuf fon teh stun stick, I made it using two toruses and a cylinder.

Anyway, when the combine took over Earth, any Anthro[if they were in the game] that joined the Combine, they were allowed to join, only to be Restricted to Civil protection Duty only, due to racist issues. It would be a very Rare circumstance when an anthro is promoted to Overwath Soldier or Prison gaurd.
