Hey look, it's a submission! Such a rare occasion.

Jokes aside I know I very rarely post here and that's all because most of the things I draw are for something so I choose to keep it hidden until after the project is finished and out. Mr. Flippi-Kappi, as of now he has no set project so I just decided to post him on dA for the time being. He's a character who I had an idea for recently and so I decided to of course draw him so I won't forget.

Also first art posted here of me using a new art program, officially switched from FireAlpaca to Krita.

Now in terms of personality of the character, Mr. Flippi-Kappi seems to follow cartoon logic, as seen from his arms, and so he defies physics quite a bit. If I were to describe him in a few words it'll be a magical cartoon clown that isn't too sane and likes to spread "cheer" wherever he goes.
