Wow this is down right creative. But I seem to be a tad confused, I guess this is pretty much the whole concept of the art piece. For instance, is that your actual sketch book or is this tablet?

That's my sketchbook. I took a pic of my hand with the stylus on a page of my sketchbook and photomanipped a drawing I did on the page then added and moved all of Painter IX's windows and menus so it'd look like I was drawing directly on a digital sketchbook.
Wish it was really a digital sketchbook though. Cintiqs are pretty pricey and bulky these days. I'll wait till they invent digital paper.
