My favs are definitly Sniper and Scout, saying that as a girl. They are fitting their theme very well 
Heavy weapons girl looks a bit awkward, as said.
Soldier ....canΒ΄t imagine a crazed rocket throwing Woman with middle long blond hair. kinda imagine a real short cut
Demogirl looks okay
Medic ....well, quite sexist
Engineer looks too weak to actually construct anything.
RED SPAI looks fitting, although a little sexist touch 
And the Pyro.....well, crazed pyromaniac at its best

Valve says they did originally plan to have tf2 female characters. The only thing that kept them from doing it is that the female models would require much more hardware power.
