This is one of the best TF2 genderbends I've ever seen. You managed to make them feminine, but keep the essence of the characters at the same time.
I can still see scout running around screaming "BONK!" and hitting things with her bat, and medic still has the serial killer grin on her face. You translated Sniper really well to, keeping her tall and thin but not twiggy. Heavy Weapons Girl looks almost... innocent? Engineer looks very young, but it works.
Soldier and Demo look really good too. Tough yet feminine is a difficult thing to pull off, and you did beautifully. Demo looks properly butch if you ask me.
Not sure I'm feeling Spy's dress, but her face is perfect. That's more a matter of persona taste than a design issue. She still looks like a sly vixen.
I absolutely love your crazy girly pyro though. The hairstick matches are an awesome touch.

Actually, if you think about it, the spy looks like Hyuuga Hinata if she grew up and kept her hairstyle from the first Naruto series.

funny. though i think the heavy's weapon looks too emphasized on that ammo drum, and not so much the actual gun. i like the facial expression of the soldier. she look so serious.

Absolutely fantastic interpretation. I think some people were planning to make a mod to change the models of TF2 to Women but not to sure if thats going on anymore, if it was, this should definitely be the concept. +Fav!

I've seen many TF2-as-girls fanart, but his one is the best! My favorite ones are the Scout and the Medic (nurse!!!). The spy shows a bit *too* much, she's supposed to be undercover...

A.) Give all females nipples through their clothes and perfect builds.
