Description
Since I had this idea floating around and were having trouble filling up the factories, I cooked up this mad man.

Name: M (real name Madire Villtus)

Age: 28

Race: Hylian

Job: Magician

Relevant Personality Traits:

M is very, very mentally deranged and unstable. He displays a very childish but erratic personality, and behaves in a manor that contradicts his age. He is actually quite polite, but when he is angry or serious, he suddenly adopts a very flat toned and serious tone. He is a borderline sociopath, and seems to think that his particulaly disturbing past times are normal. He often ask people if they will be his "friend". Rather than being angry, he tends to through temper tantrums. He can have very, very sudden move swings. Oddly, he has a unexplained fondness for cats. He also seems to prefer the company of women rather than men, due to him seeing his father murder his mother.

History:

M's mother and father were very rich, living in an estate outside of Castle Town. Unfortunately, the two had trouble producing a child. They consulted many doctors, and all said there was nothing to be done. Eventually, seeing no other option, they consulted a Witch, who claimed she could help them. However, the Witch demaned payment, which she would reveal when the time came. Without payment, the Witch said, a curse would fall upon them. Desperate, the two agreeded.

Later, thanks to the Witch's magic, the two produced a baby boy who they named Madire. When his father went to find out what the payment would be, the Witch demanded that she bring his wife to her to be sacrificed. Refusing, the Witch attacked M's father, and in the struggle he killed the frail old women. He went home, lying to his wife that the payment was done.

Madire was spoiled. His room was filled with toys and anything that his heart could desire. Evidence of this could of been and big smiley grin he had on his face. Later in life, he mysteriously showed an apptitude for magic.

As his safety obssessed parents refused to let him leave the house, he had no friends; only his toys to give him company. Eventually, he began to use this magic to animate his toys and puppets, making himself some "friends". He would wind up a music box, and they would all dance together to the childish but creepy tune it played.

Soon, his fathers obsession with pleasing his son became more important to him than his wife, and he began to abuse her. He became more mentally unstable, and when she confronted him about it, the resulting argument made him snap, and he took a knife to her, and thus paying the Witch's fee and fufilling the curse. Madire watched through a crack in the door as this happened; still grinning madly.

Realising what had happened, this being the result of the curse, his maddened father went to attack Madire. Madire took one look of him, and for the first time in his life, stopped grinning and looked angry. With his magic, Madire made his father promptly burst into flames. The fire spread, and the entire house burnt to the ground. The only things to survive, curiously were Madire and all his toys.

Many years later, tales of the travelling and music box carrying magician"M" began to creep across the lands. M eventually approached the Circus out of the blue, and signed up as a magician.

Using the magic gifted to him by the witch's curse, M preforms and assortment of amazing but highly disturbing magic tricks, his most striking of which involves him cutting off his own head, and then appearing to sit put it back on again. Few people have seen the face behind his mask, which is covered in many scars, some from the fire that destroyed his home, and some that appear to be self inflicted.

Talents: A master of magic, and especially that of producing illusions. He also has the ability to animate inanimate objects, like puppets.
