I've decided that it's NOT Donald Duck, despite the similarity (of course, most of the Disney Ducks look the same anyhow). I think I'll call him Garry. The cat is his girlfriend, Gabiskna (Gabby). And, no she's NOT based on me even though she looks similar. The reason I gave her my hair is because *it's the only hair that I can really draw!*

Story: Garry and Gabiskna hooked up a few years ago after kind-of knowing each other in high school. Gary is 25 and still living with his mother because he is sensitive and has a hidden fear of the world, but struggles to follow his unlikely dream of becoming a popular actor. Gabby is more of an extrovert, but also still lives with her family. She is working to support herself by having two part time jobs and believes that time, patience, and love will help Garry overcome his fear. She is 22 and secretly plans to live the rest of her life with Garry, but she needs to know if he loves her back.

A lot of flaws in this little comic (frame sizes, disproportional body parts, abstract color schemes, etc.), but I don't care, because all that really matters is the comedy and message that's getting across to the reader. And the more practice I do drawing these characters, the easier it will get.
