Description
Rozu was a well adjusted teenage boy who was kidnapped by Dr. Hoeru who had found some of the late Dr. Gero's incomplete androids. Rozu was fused, via Potara fusion, with the the incomplete Android 21. He constantly struggles his human brain and emotions with the programming of the android which can cause him to become distracted in battle. He's generally friendly but if you stand against him his rage will begin to bubble and he will strike you down until you can no longer. If you can survive a fight with him, or are able to hold your own, he will calm down and start to be more rational.Submit a number for who I should fuse my OC with.
