There's just something cool about lone tree shots in IR.Β I haven't been there in years, but Sunset Point is still an awesome spot.

thanks! other than infrared with a more conventional 720 nm filter, with 590 nm you get some more colour information - and then work on them cheers, rob

Looks great. And interesting: When I was in Netherlands recently I used an old Panasonic Lumix FZ200 instead of my newer but broken FZ1000. In the FZ200 the viewer was defekt and showed me very strange colors a little bit like your great color conversions. First I was happy, that these colors are not on the pictures, but afterwards I wish I could keep the colors. But I can put the SD-card back in the camera and watch these psychedelic effect

haha, psychedelic, haven't heard or seen that word for a while anyway, glad that a defect of a defect helps to widen your view on the world!! serious: if you come over (again), we can shoot with IR modified cameras, if you want. effects can be really interesting, also on models - cheers, rob

Defects and faults can be a very interesting source for inspiration. One more reason to use old films and papers! And I'm interested in your IR-modifications too!

Ooh wow! Great vibrant colours! Especially the sky and how the tree came out. It reminds me of jacaranda flowers a bit.
