Description
One lazy Hover Fly not doing any hoveringI must note that this picture was taken with a standard 18-55mm lens and not a proper macro lens. Its a tiny part of the whole picture that i took, which included the whole flower and a little background. Still the results came out ok.
here is original picture [link]

Well in some cases reducing it might help but other cases showing natural size gives the best detail.
I cant wait to get a proper lens for getting in close

well Digital SLRs can get in close as i have managed but to get really close and get lots more details you need a macro lens, from what i know.

ooh ok i guess that makes sense.
so is the macro lens something that u can add to a cam that u already have or do u need a completely new one?

Well if you have a Digital SLR camera you can buy all sorts of lens for which ever model you buy and they just attach onto the front of the camera/lens
