Hi!
I like how the characters' colors go well together in this piece -- good choice! Also everyone's expression is dynamic and draws the viewer into the drawing. Ruby is cute, with those big, shiny eyes, Tyrian's eyes and smile make him look like a maniac, Charlie's smile is contagious and Sir Pentious... Ugh. I wouldn't wanna meet him in a dark alley -- or anywhere else, for that matter!
The lines could use a little work, for they are shaky and uneven. It might be a part of your art style, and doesn't make too much of a bad impact in this drawing, but learning to make cleaner lines would help you improve your art in the future. There are many ways to do it -- line stabilizers (if your art program offers such possibility), erasing the bumps away with a small eraser tool, and making longer, bolder "brushstrokes" and then erasing away the resulting sticking out pieces are just some of the possibilities.
