Me and my buddies had a AMAZING time playing this jewel of a game MONSTER HUNTER 4. The art, the action, the music THE MONSTERS.This jerk gave us SO MUCH TROUBLE!! like ten tries... but we conquered him!!! Next, Shah Dalamadur.

On a sidenote, NEVER try the Akantor fight with pubs. I had all 3 of my teammates wiped inside of the first minute of the hunt. >.>

my best strat for akantor is staying behind his tail, doing very little dps with gsword. and when he does an attack, use the endlag to sneak in 1-3 gsword hits on him (preferably on the face) and roll out, sheathe, and return behind his tail.

If you have problems with him, try using a Dragon weapon. same with Shah Dala.
