This is another nice piece of work that has expressed a great deal of development in exploring traditional methods with your creative mind. What's interesting is your take on the subject displayed as the idea of Jesus on the cross, yet conveying it through the use of Government.

What's more, is how much you've learnt about working with Oils and trying different methods on top. What you've done is good, but some areas could require some extra work on. The main aspect would be the understanding of foreground and background. Both aspects clash with one another and since similar tones are selected they blend making hard to notice what belongs to what. While not a major case, it make sit jarring to define.

One point to take or consider would be working on the anatomy. Interesting and different than following the crowd, certain aspects and out of proportion parts make it hard to take serious. Again, interesting, but if your are trying to portray a serious tone and convey it on personal thoughts then it the anatomy could be worked on some more.

Other than that, please keep it up.

The anatomy was intentionally foreshortened in this piece. Though I agree that I need to take more formal classes on the human form.

The use of a green pallet is symbolic of greed. It's an image of a figure being crucified on the Wall St. sign, symbolizing the recent issues with the banking industry.

Personally, I think capitalism invokes greed. I'm not saying this for absolutely everybody, but y'know- some people.
