Detailed Background
Rotto is an alien boy who lived most of his life on earth. He was sent to Earth by his parents because shit happens in his home planet. His ear and tail was hidden so he lived his life as a regular, orphaned human boy for years.
When he reached the age of 10, a being named Eck appeared before him. Eck claimed that he was his guardian or whatever. The seal on his ears and tail was opened at the same time, revealing his alien physical traits. Because of this, Rotto decided to ran out of the orphanage. The kids there were jerks, anyway. Not long he was recruited by this sketchy group of heroes who turned out to be a huge league of superheores who are determined to beat evil., and since Rotto was just a naive, little, homeless boy, he took the offer. in that group Rotto learned to become confident and happy, he also started practicing his magic from a book of spells Eck has given him.
Suddenly a war broke out and Rotto was, of course, involved. The war ended with Rotto lost. He was devastated and began to lose his newly gained confidence. Not long he decided to go and see his home planet, both to train and apparently, run away from his problems. Two years passed and Rotto has become a changed ma- boy. Although he still has self-worth issues, he is more mature and is able to handle himself.

Extra Information
Rotto's cape is actually magic-imbued! It can store many items (hammer space logic)
Rotto knows only 3 simple magics without his book
Since 2 years have passed, Rotto's magic is definitely better than it was before. Rotto can seal his alien features for disguise whenever he wants to.

FORMS
i was gonna make a separate (and more detailed) ref for his forms but yea just in case i don't
The LIGHT FORM is actually still a work in progress. It's a fairly new form for rotto and eck and they've yet to figure all the tricks.
the WOOD FORM is the most-used form out of all 3!
the FIRE FORM is their strongest from. heavy on the offence, but it's very unstable, and so, only used when they're in need of very strong offence.
LIGHT FORM is very fast. But fast is its only trait for now. This form has absolutely no offence yet. Oh- and he is basically a hovering glow ball
