My friend tagged me in her three colour challenge -> (It's so cool, I love her style in this! >w<)...and I didn't want to write my essay so I spent an hour and a half doing this instead ^^'
So anyway, from what I gather, the rules are...
-draw some line art first
-randomly pick three colours blindfolded
-and you have to use only those three to colour
(I did use a white gel pen for highlights though :3)
Promarkers as usual and the ones I got were Purple (V546), Mulberry (V865) and Grey green (G917)
On a side note, I was really tired when I drew this- I don't know what she is... some kind of elf-cat-lizard-woman? Idk XD

Oh my, she's marvelous ! =o And it's really nice to see how the Mulberry works perfectly with the rest, even if it's really flashy 
Gasp, seeing this makes me want to add such challenge to my list... Why must I be both curious and busy at the same time T_T

I guess I got pretty lucky with them though~
It didn't really take all that long but yeah, I know the feeling X3

Yes, that's a good amount of luck xD (but, hey, it could have been funny with completely unmatched colours... Like Mulberry, True Blue and Canary/Yellow xD)
I should first take more time to finish my "regular" drawings... I'm sooo lazy and late about all this T_T (btw, I didn't forgot about my fanart for you <>^<> I'm just taking month to finish it because... I wanted to colour it with promarkers, and can't get myself in the mood to work for hours on it... T^T)

Don't worry about that! People have so much more to do in their lives than what's on the internet- motivation comes and goes XD
At least you're staying creative doing your drawings- that's what's important~

I must say, clever use of those three colors you did use. They seemed to go quite well together, especially with the way they were used here. Even with the use of the white, the picture does give some impression of a wider range of colors being in use. (The purple and mulberry did compliment each other quite well, I feel.)

I experimented a lot with the shading- the purple kind of links the two colours so got lucky there~ :3

Something like this does seem like a good way to see how good you are at combining colors. While good mixing colors are always good, it would be fun to see how something like this would have been done with three colors that are contrasting, or just don't go well together.
