This is Devilotte from the Capcom Fighting Games, Cyberbots and Puzzle Fighter. There wasn't that much artwork on this character and she is not well known. I felt like drawing her since I like her insane expression as a princess and the weirdness of her other crew members - a wizard and a sciencist. She flys around in her mecha, S-008 Super-8, with her crew to steal mecha parts from other fighting mecha. Her crew is taking a break and drinking some evil tea.

Hoping Devilotte will make more appearence in Capcom games.
