Actually, in this case, I'm pretty sure it was. This is based on the comic "Changes" by *jimsupreme , which concerns a loving S&M relationship between a Domme and a guy who really does wish to become a woman.

Well, I think part of that may be simply due to my preference for drawing feminized males who are actually "passable." Plus, this is more ore less how the character looked- kind of an androgynous anime-esque appearance. He did start taking hormones, but I don't think it was till the end of the evening being depicted here.
