Oh my gosh who could that be!!? Why, if it isn't Commander Secretary! (yay rhyming! I worked for 3 seconds on that you better appreciate my hard efforts)

Okay so... Commander Secretary may just be a side character, but I've fallen in so much love with him. Gosh if he could travel around with Captain all day I'd make him. Sadly though, he is side. Side means not main. Not main means dammit I can't have my pagely viewing of Commander Secretary! D: .... well... I can. You can't. xDD

And yes, here is an explanation of his (and Soot's) specs. I thought I'd be able to explain them in the comic itself, but that proved difficult so yeah... late explanation of them is late. Hoorah!

The Captain Shades
These magically come on his face when he's talking with "business" dogs (a.k.a Speaks, Bosso, his commanders). They act like Clark Kent glasses and totally disguise him. Cause glasses can do that. Once he's done talking business, they magically vanish. Cause I said so.

When on: he's more serious, eyebrows mostly in "anger" position (doesn't always mean he's angry...), when joking he's sarcastic, insults more

Commander Secretary
Real Name: Slums
Breed: American Alsatain
Gender: male
Age: 3 years
Powers: Highly advanced mathmatical wisdom of math and math like subjects (radiation gave him math! 8D)
Job: he keeps inventory and gives reports to Captain on the progress with the other five commanders as well as on any plans that may currently be active (he'll often have to go looking around Pripyat for Captain since the white fluff ball never sticks to one spot for too long)
Personality: He's not the most interesting guy when it comes to his personality. He comes off as a very collected and laid back guy when under first impressions. Even after taking the time to get to know him, he'll still come off as such. However it becomes more apparent that his moods can easily be manipulated and changed. It's easy to propel him down an angry, annoyed, or even embarrassed road. The only complication is that you may not see it unless you pay full attention. His facial expressions are extremely subtle. The only ones that ever seem to be fully expressed are relaxed/calm, annoyance, and anger. He absolutely HATES being called Commander Secretary (but tolerates it as best he can since Captain refuses to call him anything else).
