I forgot what I was originally gonna call him, so lets just call him Spammy.
I'm pretty bad at making sparkle dogs as Spammy shows because, despite his many "unique" markings, he's still tolerable to look at. xDD
Spammy, go learn yourself how to be a better sparkle dog!!
Oh and yes, his spots are glowing a magnificent blue glow. Be jealous now.

This design is gorgeous, and i suck at making sparkles too, cuz i hate somthing about them, not sure about what, but i just don't draw them XD
