Description Lightning over the sea in white/blue pencil on black card. Just palying around with the effect of white on black. Referenced from a Google images search. I'm not quite fast enough to draw it from life . Just a 5 minute sketch.

Edited: I have changed this image to a scan from the photo. It looks like the original now, though it has lost a bit of the glow of the other version.

I work quickly . But I can't work on anything for long, or I stuff it up. My only successful long term piece is Derelict (wolf guy) which took a couple of hours.
I like this white on black technique, I did an albino rat in it (but it is from a photo on this site, so I won't upload it unless I get permission).

Lol, I work really slow It's taken me ages to daw a prize for another member of the club I'm a member of And I still can't do it XD I'm jealous now
I'm sure they wouldn't mind as long as you put that you used it as a reference, I mean, it's not like you're putting the actual picture up.

But even if you work slowly, you get those really high quality pictures. I do drawings where the mistakes aren't visible, I made so many in this picture but it still looks like lightning so it doesn't matter. That allows me to work really fast on pictures that don't involve definite objects like people.
