Thought this would be fun to do again now that Brawl's been out for about half a year. It's a dream roster for a sequel, if one ever happens ("Rumble" felt like a fitting name). More compressed than all the fan drawings and movesets I did.Some notes:
-Midna is paired with Wolf Link as a single character.
-Deoxys can switch between forms, retaining the same moves while changing its weight, speed, recovery and attack power.
-The Mii would be customizable, so you could have something like Jesus vs. Hitler.

I originally had a second Pokemon trainer, but I decided that 11 Pokemon was (were?) too many.

keep the Jiggy axe Mewtwo and even Lucario. much as i love him, thats too many Poke's. yes to CustomRobo and BIG yes to the Mii. i also think that Chibi Robo would be awesome.

Add Stafy and Sukapon to the mix, and I'd be set.

My idea for Sukapon was that he'd be the new Polygon/Wireframe/Alloy equivalent, and would be playable if you held a button while a stage was loading. He'd have Mario's standard & smash attacks, but no special moves.
I'd like to add Stafy/Starfy, but could he really have enough attacks for a full moveset?

And sure he would. After all, they made up Captain Falcon's moveset completely from scratch. And R.O.B., to some extent, as well.

Maybe, they could just... fix him? Give him some UNIQUE moves? and also, his Final Smash could be the Red Lion!

No Toon Link, though. Variety is key, and there's only so much you can do to differ two characters so similar to one another. I even have second thoughts on keeping Falco and Lucas.

I was thinking that earlier, but Jigglypuff has two points on it's side: she's one of the original dozen, and she's popular.
Might be a good idea, though. Jiggly seems pretty high on a lot of "cut lists".

But when you think about Nintendo's real goal with their systems and games - you know, getting the whole family into it - variety is better than having a bunch of really cool characters that all the High School and Middle School guys are gonna want to play as. You've got to have your Princess Peaches and your Jigglypuffs if you're here to change the way the world sees video gaming.
