Similarly to Erinaka/Pinaoto, I haven't decided on a name for this fellow just yet. It'll likely either be Skarmy or Tendepot (the latter follows the original's form of naming somewhat).-Skarmy-
Species: Delicate Pokemon
Height: 2'4''
Weight: 18 lb.
Type: Normal/Flying
Evolves Into: Smarmory (sufficient collective HP lost)
Description: Born into a nest of thorns, Skarmy's tender skin gradually calices into an inpenetrable hide.
Skarmy would evolve into Skarmory when it has taken enough collective damage. Due to Skarmy's incredibly low defense stat, this would almost certainly mean allowing him to get K.O.-ed over and over. And over.
Skarmory would not be found in the wild until very late in the game, while Skarmy would be available early on. One could obtain a Skarmy egg by breeding a Skarmory that is holding a fog inscense.

Honestly, Skarmy sounds a lot cuter. I also used that name for MY Skarmory pre-evo; it gains two extra letters in its name for each evolution, that's why

Pretty much. I haven't yet decided how Farfetch'd would eveolve, though.

Well, a special item that Farfetch'd holds is a stick which powers up his moves. Maybe you could do something like Kendo Sword or Fight Leek/Stick and have him either level up or be traded.
Or maybe he should be leveled up at trainign ground like place...which could also be where Marowak needs to level up to become Skeletank.

A random comment some guy posted about Skeletank has convinced me to have the location be a Pokemon Graveyard that was once a lake, with big Gyarados skeletons and stuff lying around.
I like the stick item idea, but it feels odd considering he already has a signiature item. Would it be unreasonable for him to have 2?

Also, I guess he could have two leeks. I mean, he looks like you based him off of samurai and they have been known to carry a second smaller sword on their belt along with their katana.

Well, it might make more sense for him to replace it with a bigger sitck seeing how he got bigger and his old leek wasn't made to be used like a sword and Farfetch'd description says something about having found the leek he uses so it seems perfectly possbile that he could simply find a new one.
