not my usual style (for as far as one can develop a usual style with about 10 pictures). this is something totaly different. i have been stuck at home for a while now (photography wise) due to the rain and the fact that my current memory card is 128 MB (no typo).

but what about the shot? it's based on a great technique explained here [link] i however changed something, because first i don't like to copy people, and second it's kinda hard to do what he did out here where there are street lights and stuff. so what i did is eliminate all ambient light, put the camera on manual, highest iso, fastest aperature, and shuttertime as long as needed. and then, instead of grabbing a flashlight i took a lazer pointer, and 'ainted' the object (i this case my own camera's reflection). i have another one, that uses shadows to shape the object, but it's kinda messy.

post processing: crop, channel mixer to eliminate some stuch coloured pixels, curves to lighten up the picture, noise reduction, and some more curves to eliminate the low level noise.
