Every good club needs a mascot.
Had this guy on the brain all night, couldn't wait to get home to get him on paper.
You should be seeing a lot more of him soon. and I have some plans for the group that he should fit nicely into.
Powers? - Powerhouse can mimic anyone's powers for 60 seconds no matter how powerful. Hulk, Superman, Phoenix, anyone.
See where I'm going with this? Anyway more later.

With my training he could but we want to keep him on the good side if he goes bad that's one problem I can train him just give me a few weeks I know 8 forms of martial arts

So he can mimic powers for 60 seconds? How long between powers can he do this imitation? Just because he can imitate the powers does that mean he has control over that level of power? What is his weakness?

Well, I'm thinking the sixty seconds is his strength and his weakness.
If he cant get the job done in a minute or less he's assed-out.
No, he cant copy skills or abilities just physical strength or energy powers.
He cant grow wings (unless they're energy wings) or pop claws.
He can use his power once per meeting, per day. So if he meets Superman in the morning they can go toe to toe, if the meet again later that day he's in trouble.

why the sixty seconds limit? sounds toooooo short... if he can go toe to toe with the hulk for one minute... the next one his toast...

Well, every good hero needs a weakness.
Think of the drama you can build up as the clock counts down! Your hero going toe to toe, trading blows with the most powerful villain in the universe. Can he do it in time?!

Feeling remorse after addicting hundreds of thousands of children to his crack-like sugary drink, he began a severe diet and exercise regiment, donned this costume and decided to use his wall-busting powers to fight eating disorders everywhere!
I was thinking it's a proximity thing. Within a certain range of his target he just has access to what ever they've got whether he knows what the power is or not.

To be fair... Kool-aid is more of a Sour/bitter drink, Until people add the two sacks of sugar into the jar. 
But yes, it could be him... I've seen people that used to be that round and are now Powerhouses. 
Cool, but what happens if his opponent's power is something bad, like, the power to sneeze uncontrollably? Guess he'd better carry the allergy spray.
