Description
For `s August ChallengeFreedom War: Chapter 3: Rival Factions
In this months challenge we were partnered with another DU member for a short story regarding DU's civil war storyline.
My partner/opponent and I will be alternating in a four page story where
his OC Miss July and Vector meet and clash over the meta-human registration act.

I really like that even though he's powerful enough to inflict a massive amount of damage to the carrier, that he thinks before he acts! The sword that he carries in his D.U. description; is that something he has to physically carry with him, or is it an object he can summon, or focused bio-energy?

Well, Vector believes in Big Stick diplomacy, "meaning walk softly and carry a big stick"!
The sword kind of has a mind of it's own, it usually doesn't come until things are critical.

Thanks, man! Yeah, I don't usually work from a script and it kind screwed with my pacing.
Usually if things start looking a little crowded I'll just stretch things out as much as I want.
But since I was working with someone I tried to stick to the script, it's a little tight but I can live with it.
