Description The group held a group shot art contest and I was really impressed by this entry by
Not only did it remind me of Kingdom Come by Aex Ross, but but 3D modeling is an real art form and that level of character detail requires a lot of work.
So I asked to do a group shot the Original Vindicators, he did this great piece
Isidore was nice enough to give me the files to tinker with so I could edit the final image.

I think I like Isidore's version is better but my edit works better for what I have in mind.

I usually don't like 3-d, because of how they bend their elbows, and knees, and how stiff their hands are, but other than that, this art is pretty sweet! Alex Ross was a GENIUS when he painted characters like that, ya know? I don't know how the heck he came up with that at such a young age.

I like the new character on the far left (The light in his mouth and eyes), he looks so badass. You should use him as a main character for comics....You'll make a fortune.

I'm not normally a fan of 3-D figure art either,
but I've come to realize there are different levels of proficiency
in 3-D art just as there is traditional art and this guy's pretty good.

Steel Serval will eventually be a major player in the Rodcom universe.
Think Batman to Vector's Superman.

And I agree, Alex Ross is an artistic genius.

Hell of a pic man. Herod just takes the spotlight with his size, everyone is cool....but he just takes the cake.....and destroys it!

Yeah, one of the issues with 3-D models is you're kind of limited to the models you have available.
I knew going in that certain looks wouldn't be dead on.
I even did some character tweaking of my own, but overall I'm happy with the look.
