All are flexible and intuitive, but I recommend checking out their respective galleries to see who you think best suits your needs.
Just make sure to clearly articulate what your looking for.

Honestly, due to my financial restrains I am kind of hoping for a low charge for something at least decent enough to where my work doesn't sully the entire project, you know?

All I can say is talk to them.
I don't know what's too high for you or too low for them.
I find them all to be reasonable but you have to tell them what you want and they'll tell you if they can help.
Keep in mind I'll probably be ready to go to print within the next week or so.

Yeah, I know I am kind of on a time restraint here, and I haven't heard back from any of them yet. I guess noting them here on deviant may not have been the best way to get in touch with them. I really want to have them colored by the time your ready for print.
