I'ts not that easy for me...times are hard and my pockets no longer know the meaning of "exra cash" so for now, I gotta be happy with what my limited abilities allow me to produce.

I know what you mean, raising cash for commissions can be an issue.
I sometimes have get very "fiscally creative" to keep my plans on track.
