The color you have for your black people is a little on the orange side. If you have a color mixer, like in photoshop, try taking less red and more green.

Actually, it was inspired by exactly the same move done first in an episode of an anime called Ultimate Muscle [link]
but I admit to having Advent Children in mind the whole time.
