Very interesting... Puts me in mind of Midsummer Night's Dream, what with the transformed human and nymph-like female, but with a dark twist to it.

I really like the male flower idea, the only question I have...was that happy face on purpose or did it just sort of happen? Or is it the actual face of the man/flower/pod...thingy?

Out of curiosity, what's going on here? Is she turning somebody into a plant or is she turning a plant into a person?
BTW, the anatomical details on the woman--particularly the abdominal region, the shoulders, and the back--are good.

I'm thinking some sort of chalk too, for the highlights, on toned paper.

hi! yes pencils... and a white/yellow pastel for lights. oil pastel as well, as they give strongest hilights for paper, imo.
