Now this is something that I actually remember seeing but not sure if the color was correct, however if I did capture the FBI warning screens from the demo VHS release of "Simply Mad About a Mouse", I will change the file to a new one. I remember owning a demo VHS of "Simply Mad About a Mouse" some back in 2013 (I still own a demo VHS tape though), and it has the 1991 FBI warning screens, but rather than using a green background, it uses a different color background, so that's why this is a placeholder until I find away to capture VHS tapes again.
