It's a bit odd to look at this and see the zombies using the stairs like a normal person would, and then have the closet zombie look a tad like they are shuffling towards the uninfected.

It kinda looks like the viewers arm, who is grabbing the woman, is actually the woman's arm and she's grabbing herself for no reason. If it were than she would have a noodle arm, and one part of it would look womanly while the other would look manly.
