Description
So this is the method that I use when drawing the side of turian heads. Its not perfect, but I feel it gives me a basic idea of where to place things. I personally like it.Related content

This is incredibly useful.
It's nicely proportional too.

considering that we can mathematically prove that our faces can be modified to show beauty or ugliness. So seeing that you use boxes, lines, and whatnot is genius. I highly suggest others think about using the same method so that they can use the boxes to allow turning head while keeping the angles right.

Thanks.
Ive looked at other tutorials but they always seemed complex or looked like they were done by free-hand by people who were utter professionals on turians. Even with human heads I prefer to use exact measurements but I couldnt find ANYTHINg like that for turians.

Well, like my dad always says, KISS, keep it simple stupid.
As long as it's artistically close, you can pull it off. Take a look at the 3d models and find a common reference point to measure upon. Then the rest just fall into place.
