I present to you my new OCs known as "Blinky and Brainiac"

They are a duo of artificially made metahumans as part of a secret government experimental project of creating super powerful mutant soldiers ready to carry out special missions abroad using their powers, except for the two of them because they did not meet the expectations of the scientific committee despite of their potential superhuman abilities (they turned out small and young) so they decided to keep them inside a test chamber where they serve now and forever as test subjects for their various experimental tests on scientific products, ridiculous things and so on,

Brainiac has the eagerness and goal to escape the government facilities (area 52) to show his true potential and take full control of the world with an iron fist and superior mind, alongside his very outgoing energetic and very foolish partner Blinky as His henchman, together they will try to escape from the area at any place, that almost does not usually work due to the exorbitant infallible complex plans of Brainiac, added to the luck they have and the reckless stupidities as humiristic of Blinky always ending in failures, returning to the same from where they started and then build up the courage and confidence to be able to do it again while they spend their time being subjected to the regular experimental test sessions while they do it.
