ugh, a month to late.But finally finished, whoo.
Thanks to all the regular IMP voice actors and special guests Euan Marnic and Jo!
Pointless trivia!
The music played during the chicken battle and the chicken salute are rearrangements of the same song I used during the chicken invasion in that Zelda movies. Guess it's my official Chicken theme now.
The exploding house at the end was of course a nod to my old Villain movie:

Ugh.. Just realised that this is the very first time ever Mayleen has some time with her daughter. And the bench scene is the only whole family moment since Brany's birth in IMP 21.. Gee, really gotta do more with mayleen.
And like part 1, a few obscure IMP characters have a short cameo, spot around to see

Well techniqly, every character is a fan character, since when It started I just invited some friends in, tough I'm a bit more picky now.
Hhog was one of the original 7, so he's the least kind of fan-character.

Ah. xDD But the canon characters are like Sonic, Sally, Bunnie, Tails, Antoine, Rotor, Knuckles, Nicole. All them. :3 Becuase they came from the creators of Sonic. XDD That's what I meant. So that means if anyone else comes up with a character, it's a fancharacter. :3

Oh, then everything's definitly a fan character, altough this show isn't really set in the Sonic universe. Sure, I think Robotnik had a cameo in one of the older episodes and there's a mention of Sonic, but pretty much any tvshow or videogame world can appear.

Due to my inevitable laziness of writing a comment/review for all of your IMP episodes, I figured that I'd put it all together in this particular episode containing 760 words. And yes, I counted in case you wondered. Feel free to count yourself.
Anyhow, as the smallest IMP fan around, I feel obligated to give my thoughts about all of the characters of this series that has mademe laugh an incountable times. But before that, I'd like to comment your drawing style.
It's unique, period. The way you draw the facial expressions is way different than other artists, and it's in my opinion the most important trait on a character. The simplific, yet secretly complex style screams out the sheer humour it contains, and the brilliance of planning.
And for the best part, my views on the lovable, original members of the IMP(In no particular order).
Roger: The chubby leader of the International Moron Patrol which he founded out of random after winning a huge mansion in a race. I like how he usually gets in trouble and his team mates don't give a shit at times. Really lovable little guy. Not much else to say, though... his hate for snow was funny though.
Henrik: The Swedish inventor who can morph into everything. Being a Swede myself, he caught my interest at first. But his development was pretty solid. Getting to join the IMP because he had cool shoes, he usually tend to be a bit clumsy with his powers. And his last name being Swedish for "Deer" wasn't made much fun of... kinda half expected a "Deer Hunter pun of doom".
Zody: Our favourite icecream loving, random screaming Waleish (?) hedgehog. His character development was kinda odd though. He started out having a sword and being seemingly panicking for everything. He also had some disliking for John for some reason. But then his icecream hysteria appeared, making him the crazy icecream glutton he's known as. A little bit confusing character at first, but I guess Zody was all about that...
Bustin: Oh, yeah, the seemingly toughest hedgehog of the bunch. Swearing and shooting. His character development was also kind of solid. being grumpy and shooting stuff. And loving women as well out of random. Being the bearer of the guns, he just shoots, and skips the chit chat, and I always liked that. The only confusing thing about Bustin was his different voice actors, but I guess that's just a part of the animating job, eh?
HHog: Hot? Hell? Handsome? Hentai? Haggis? ....Hog? what ever the first H in his name stands for, I don't know. The fire-using, 7UP- obsessed orange hedhehog was also a interesting character. First turning out to be a smurf hating blaster (reason he joined IMP... I think), he developed to being the 7UP-drinker at times, kinda mimicking Zody's love for icecream. Though Zody doesn't have his icecream trick... And he seemed to have a strange fear of girls... especially his girlfriend. All in all, an interesting character.
Hentaiboy: The ex-mafia, santa hating, a little perverted boy from hell. I guess that's about it for the most part. He didn't develop that much... except from getting a different pair of shades and never showing his eyes (except for IMP episode 10). His accent sounds like he comes from New York or sumthin... but I'm probably wrong. He's the most political of the bunch, even though Bustin seemed to be blabbering about a conspiracy that was never heard of again.
John: Death... Beaten up. That was what summed up John in the past. But I guess it was apersonal dispute between him and you that caused that. Trying to pry through his character, aside from being a complete retard, he actually develpoed real well in the later episodes (you probably got tired of making fun of him). He always seemed to be the one who tried to help, and it usually turned out for the worst. IMO, he seems to secretly be the strongest guy of the bunch. He always comes back to life, and in episode 28, he was the one least affected by naked Aquaman (though I think he faked it. He looekd impressed).
Was that all? I hope so... Well anyhow, this series kicks ass, and it always will be. Your sense of humour is one of the more unique in the form of taking logic into "so-called serious" stuff. You've enlightened my days many times, and I really hope you have a blast making the flashmovies.

Character development? O_o; I don't have much of that, in fact I seem to forget most details or keep delaying them.
Zody's always been odd at the start of the show, since he was teh last person I knew, and I kept forgetting him, which is why he runs after the MP truck in the end credits in the old episodes, I forgot to draw him on the truck.
John doens't relaly try to be strong, he's just overly happy and excited about everything. Hhog's first H is just part of the name, doens't stand for anything. It's Hhog, not H-hog after all.
This is the first time I heard Hjort meens deer. I didn't make him up, Henrik is a real person so I never tought of Hjort as a pun. Interesting to know tough..
None of the IMP girls are mentioned, my own fault, they are barely in the intro's and have even less character dvelopment.
Seriously gotta work on that.

Oh yeah, came to think about it. Most of the characters have their somewhat personal enemy throughout the series. And some doesn't seem to have any.
Roger: Well, his/your nemesis seems to be the snow... and stuff... or mayhaps Mathsman, who by the way seems like a cool character. I mean ,who is he? He looks a lot like Roger with that hair.
Hhog: That Dough guy from episode 27. He was kinda funny, but also a lame villain for Hhog which was also stated, but it's your special humour I guess.
Bustin: Either Whinnie or that Mr. Paprika guy...
Hentaiboy: Santa, which is obvious.
that leaves John and Henrik without a personal enemy. None of the girls seems to have one either, but I guess it'll unfold soon...

Ginny has the Blue Striker gang, and Meglif hates Zody. And Zody doesn't seem to have an enemy either. Brany has the piggybank I suppose, and Mayleen will get her enemy revealed when I finally get to make IMP 29. And I got future plans for Tiffany too.
And Roger is rarely a active participant in the action, so doens't have many enemies indeed. Romzy I suppose who's used as my evil dark version, heh.
John only has friends, at least from his perspective.

Heh, regarding the girls, I actually wrote that I'd reflect about the original characters. THey're lovable in their way... I guess. But again, you've really succeeded in this series, and I bloody darn salute you for that!

always when a hero kills the overlord villain in his castle in a movie or cideogame, the castle will immediatly collapse to the ground.
So when the villain here died, his house also collapsed. Except it was just a lame suburb house rather then a castle.
