Legend without zelda, bagpipe of doom.Curses! THis movie was really supposed to be one whole, after i reached over the 5mb limit i decidded at least Deviantart should get the whole version and newgrounds 2 parts, but then mr. movie-freezes-when-movie's-too-long also ruined that plan..
So yeah, part 1 is only 6 minutes long, and worse, it's BORING. All the good stuff is packed in part 2.
Don't worry tough, part 2 shouldn't take long, takes me 1 or 2 days, tough i have to wait for Luke, who've i should've asked earlier to do his lines.. stupid me..
anyway, here's part 1 of my first big project in ages, err..big..yeah.. Part 2 comes later this week, ranging from tonight to thursday.

Yep. It's the same about Rayman and Jak-villagers (Ok, save for the fact the Globox-babies learns one to swim and such stuff): I can't count how many muses, hiphogs and moles I've rescued from, in truth, nothing, just to return them to sugarspeeded artisans, drunk guys and cheeky geologists. It's freakin annoying!
....but still too damn funny.

With rayman it didn't bother me so much.
Sure, rayman 2 is also in war, but Rayman never meets any villagers, only babies, and politicians (the teensie kings) and those are supposed to be calm and stupid during wars.
Also Rayman didn't get a new assignment every level, or at least all assignments fit the arc of the story, helping a real FRIEND to find people who HELP HIM with the quuist, rather then strangers who delibertly lock the passage so Link has to do chores for them.
Don't know about Jak, only played the first game and i didn't like it, and indeed, all villagers sended Jak all over the world for dumb chores too, but at least they weren't in a war.

Obviously. Hmmm, I'd make a perfect gamevillager in that case. It almost reminds of 'canded camera: when the hero has killed the final boss and is standing there covered up to his ears by mud, everyone jumps out from different places and shout 'SURPRISE! There is no real war, and all this was arranged by BBC and canded camera!'.
It's hard to be a hero.

Jumping over a gate is perhaps hard, but all the times he had to do a damn chore for the vilalgers while he could just punch the hell out of them..

Yea that's one thing that bothered me about zelda games: there's 3 triforces, one of power, courage, and wisdom.||Link has courage, and indeed, he is extremely brave, tell him to find your lost socks in a vulcano and he immediatly jumps in, but he's damn stupid.
Then ganondorf has the triforce of power, yet again he is extremely powerfull, can destroy stuff and all, but yet again he's a moron (in windwaker he searches for the triforce of power, and everytime a couragious person(Link) Enters his super secret and mega guarded and dangerous(!) Lair, he just throws Link away. Good job idiot.)
So both of them are idiots. Then we have zelda, who has... THE TRIFORCE OF WISDOM! And she's.. ALSO AN IDIOT! Yay!
Keeps being kidnapped every game again, without ever hiring bodyguards, learning self defence or buying a crossbow. The only "wise" thing she does is give Link more chores, like sending him off to fid some random magical stones or orbs or toiletroll papers, but EVERY RANDOM idiot in the game does that already. In short, she's worthless.. Yay for nintendo princesses.

wow, this is best looking zelda film so far, nice. and i like the references to the past zelda games as well. Yeah, those villagers can be so damn annoying, specially the one who asks you to collect a number of chickens under a set time. Now dont worry about my lines. they'll be done by tuesday.

it gets more fun if the hero has to " prove himself" to the NPC characters..Duno if it ever happened in zelda, but other rpg's have it often, like megaman battlenetwork.
