I too agree about the Naruto Anime looking somewhat crappy, they should think of ways to make it better instead of the opposite.
I wish i could get the chance to learn to draw and get inspired but my damn college course work is in my way until June-July.

Artists blocks are always ghey. I suffered one for like, 6 months lol! I'd just keep looking for inspiration everywhere you go, i can see a style in you developing, so just keep doodling
