Tsunade's suppose to be leaning on the wall, but i ddnt draw the wall... not she might look weird XD ah wells..

I really like the way the tears are drawn. They look like extreme anguish.

I love how emotional this piece is. The ones who stick the most are Tsunade and Iruka. Tsunade, with her raw grief, and Iruka with his compassionate attempt to cheer his protege up.
Wonderful use of shadows and light. I love the light reflection off Jiraiya's hitai-ate. Tsunade's face really shows her pain, the way it's angled and her expression...
You wrinkles and muscle tone add an air of realism- they almost seem to be moving!
The detail on the parkbench is yet another of those small details you add.
