Description

Sometimes people can say they support diversity until someone has a different opinion. But we're all individuals with different views and beliefs. Diversity of thoughts actually helps our society as a whole by introducing new ideas and perspectives. Even if you disagree with someone, you can still support their right to hold a unique opinion.

Feel free to use this stamp if you support the uniqueness and diversity of everyone.

I agree!!!

Sadly, this is not practiced by lots of politically biased "diversity/multiculturalism" so-called supporters. Any thing they don't like, then scream to the four winds, vomiting their hatred and fanaticism in a totalitarian, tyrannical way.

I've come across people like that too, sadly. It's hard sometimes for people to be open to other views and especially to possibly being wrong. That's something we've all struggled with at some point, not just those angry extremists.

Indeed. True Love is Loving everyone as a son/daughter of God, because we all are His/Her children. We have to learn to forgive and Love, if we want a better world. These are truly Divine, Godly attributes. We need God to achieve that.

Man. What happened to β€œI wholly disagree with what you say but I will defend to the death your right to say it?” Now it’s β€œyou’re a racist/sexist/mysogynist/homophobic/ect. kill yourself.”

Identity politics has hurt diversity. Badly.

I agree. I wish people could be more tolerant of different ways of seeing things rather than demanding agreement.

The world has completely lost its sanity because of non-issues that suddenly became issues only a few years ago.

If you think that we should tolerate racism, sexism, and homophobia, do you also think we should tolerate Islamic extremism and militant atheism? Because I sure don't.

I was thinking of the majority of different opinions people argue over when I made this. You know, like how to solve problems, if this music is better or if the government should be run this way or that, etc. I've changed my opinions a lot in my life, so I don't believe people know everything and are never wrong. Our opinions aren't necessarily always factually based but can be just what's popular.

I'd love it if people could just get along and not start arguing over minor disagreements, but sadly I can't make that happen. I can encourage people to listen and try to understand each other and support the right to disagree and not be forced to conform to someone else's opinion. I don't personally believe forms of discrimination are just "opinions", so I'm not sure how supporting the right to disagree is the same as supporting racism or extremism. I don't support discrimination or acts of violence.

As for actual different opinions, I have found listening to people and showing you understand their views makes them more open to listening to your views and takes down their guard, opening the door to possibly changing their minds.

unless some opinions lead to the hate oppression or otherwise mental or physical harm of people.

ex: racists, anti lgbtq+ shit, sexists, etc

not all opinions deserve respect and that goes for the people who have them as well

though i see you're 'friends' with some rather rude hateful people sooo yeah you probably wont listen or care anyway but whatevs. just putting in my two cents and i probably won't even respond to a reply given it looks like you seem Β to think homophobia and shit is A-ok.
