I dunno who'd win, but the Predator would have a tougher time since a lot of his tracking stuff wouldn't work on a robot with sensors of it's own. Plus the Terminator is stronger and more durable. I'd put my money on the Terminator and I just realized I put way more thought into this answer than was probably necessary or even wanted...

You're just the kind of geek who would put more thought into it than any average person would.

I would've first started off saying "But...Arnold was IN the first Predator movie, so they already did face off!" then giggled and went on to explain that the super sophisticated robot from the future would be hard to kill. However you have to look at the technology the Preds use. The returning spinny blade of doom and death (the boomerang blade or whatever what it's really called), the spears, the shoulder guns, and the nets that tighten up and slice through anything.

It would be a tough fight for sure
